Ingredients

  • 3 To 5 Medium Thin Karela (Bitter Gourds)
  • 4 To 5 Medium Potatoes
  • 1.5 Tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 Small Finely Chopped Onion
  • Chopped Green Coriander
  • 2 Tbsp Amchur (Dried Mango Powder)
  • ½ Tbsp HeriMore Red Hot Chilli Powder
  • 3-4 Tbsp HeriMore Dry & Stuff Veg Masala
  • Salt To Taste
  • 3 To 4 Tbsp Cooking Oil (Mustard Oil Preferred)

Instructions

Step 1:

Peel the outer covering of the karelas and potatoes. Rub salt all over the karelas and let them sit for 2 to 3 hours, allowing the bitterness to mellow.
