Two Sisters. One Purpose. Preeti and Pooja built HeriMore from countless phone calls, kitchen trials, and a shared belief that Indian families deserve food they can truly trust.

HeriMore Was Not Built in a Boardroom

It was built in phone calls late at night, in test batches sent across cities, in arguments about which chilli gives the best colour without any added dye, and in a shared frustration with a food industry that had stopped being honest.

Preeti and Pooja grew up in the same kitchen. They watched the same mother grind the same spices the same way, every day, without exception. When they grew up and moved to different cities, they carried that standard with them.

When they decided to build HeriMore, they were not chasing a business opportunity. They were answering a question they could not stop asking: why is it so hard to find food that is made the way our mother made it?

HeriMore is their answer. And it is still being built, one honest batch at a time.

Meet Preeti Khankhoje

She is the engine of HeriMore. She leads the business strategy, the brand direction, and the larger mission of making India adulteration-free. She is the one who turned a family conviction into a company.

Before HeriMore, she founded and ran her own branding agency for nearly 20 years, delivering strategy-first solutions to 200+ brands across 20+ industries from MSMEs to MNCs.

Preeti handles everything that takes HeriMore to the world. Partnerships, distribution, brand storytelling, and the relentless work of proving that a clean-label food brand can compete at scale. She believes that trust, once earned, is the most powerful business asset there is.

Co-Founder  |  Product Development and Manufacturing

Meet Pooja Gupta

She is the soul of every HeriMore product. She oversees the recipes, the product development, and the manufacturing. When you open a pack of HeriMore and it smells exactly right, that is Pooja's work.

She translated those 75-year-old recipes into a production process that could be scaled without losing any of their soul. It meant choosing the slower method. It meant insisting on grinding in small batches even when larger runs would have been cheaper.

Pooja believes that the product must always speak first. If the it does not taste the way their mother's did, it does not leave the unit. That is the standard she holds every single day.

Trust The People Behind The Product

Every ingredient we choose, every batch we grind, every pack we seal, it carries the promise of two sisters who refuse to cut corners.
