Moong Millet Dosa Premix:
- Mix Moong Millet Dosa Premix with hot water in a bowl. Stir well until smooth — no lumps!
- Cover and rest the batter for 20 minutes to allow the flavours to bloom.
- Adjust consistency if needed to resemble traditional dosa batter.
- Heat a non-stick tawa on medium flame. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it thinly into a dosa shape.
- Drizzle ghee or oil around the edges. Cook until the edges turn crispy and golden. Flip if needed.
- Serve piping hot with our Instant Coconut Chutney, Green Chutney, or your favourite sambar.
Millet Thepla Premix:
- Add 2.5 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp curd, and optional chopped coriander to the premix.
- Knead with warm water to form soft dough, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Roll into thin theplas, cook on a tawa with oil or ghee. Serve hot with chunda or pickle.
Kachori Premix:
- Add 2 tbsp oil to the premix, knead with warm water to form soft dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Roll out thick kachoris and fry on medium-low heat until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with pickles or vegetables.
