1. Boil Your Potatoes

Boil 500g baby potatoes (or regular potatoes cut into chunks) until tender. Peel and set aside.​

2. Temper the Base

Heat 3-4 tbsp oil or ghee in a pan. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and a pinch of hing. Let them crackle. Add grated ginger and chopped green chillies, sauté for a minute.​

3. Add Masala & Potatoes

Add 2 tablespoons of HeriMore Allahabadi Dum Aloo Masala and mix well. Add the boiled potatoes and stir to coat.​

4. Simmer in Water

Add 1.5 to 2 cups water to create a light, spiced gravy. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes so the potatoes absorb all the tangy, spicy flavors. Garnish with fresh mint or coriander leaves.​​
